Introduction
Conduction sealing otherwise known as cap sealing, is a non-contact method of heating a metallic disk to hermetically seal the top of plastic and glass containers. This is achieved by high speed automation system comprises of PLC, HMI, and Stepper motors.
Detail description
Conduction sealing machine is used to seal the top of bottle and glass. Conduction Sealing machine has three stoppers, holding valve, sealing valve, cutting valves, proximity sensors, stepper motors, heaters, thermocouples, conveyor system, other mechanical assembly and PLC, HMI based Automation system.
Machine is designed to seal multiple bottles (6 nos.) at a time. With the help of conveyor belt, sealing and cutting valves and heaters, complete process of sealing is carried out in highly precise manner. User can set various operating parameters in the recipe like temperature, speed of conveyor, timing of heating etc. in HMI based system. System is also capable of storing data and generating reports as per requirement later. System also counts Bottles per Minute (BPM) as a production capacity parameter for any batch of operation. Machine is designed to support Auto and Manual modes for various needs of user.
