Machine can insert the single or multiple canisters in each bottle. Machine is flexible to be used in packing line of different types & size of bottles with different size of canister.

Detail description

The Canister Silica Gel Inserter Machine is specially designed to insert pre-cut desiccant pouches and canisters at a rate of 50 – 100 canisters per minute. The machine prevents breakage and spillage of pouches, ensures accurate pouch control, accurate cutting of pouches and, automatic movement of bottles through the conveyors. The machine is equipped with PLC, HMI and high-speed Servo control mechanism to achieve high degree of accuracy.
