It works on 5 axis interpolation principle and users can Teach the robot in any formation requirement of welding. User can define multiple teaching points for any job and Robot keeps following the same in future production needs. These teach points can be null points, points, line, or arc type. This teaching is fully manual so user can rotate and move the robot at each teaching point and save those in program. Robot remembers those points in sequence and keep following the same. User can save all the jobs in highly sophisticated automation system.
Machine comprises of various sensors and state of the art Servo motors with controllers to achieve high degree of accuracy in 5 axis motion. There is also a high-end HMI for user to perform various operations and data storage. A high-speed Servo controller along with PLC system are key parts of automation package which helps in achieving complex logic requirement.
