Introduction

As the name suggests, this machine is used to check leakages and it performs this task by applying Air pressure which are equipped with pneumatic valves. Machine comprises leak test chamber, leak test valves, conveyor belt, PLC, HMI, Servo system and other mechanical parts. A high degree of accuracy is required to execute the required functionality for the machine at high speed. 

Detail description

As a process, multiple (6 nos.) bottles are feed to leak test chamber by conveyor system. In leak test chamber, pneumatic valves operate, and leakage testing executes. If any bottle found leak, the position of that bottle is stored in PLC system memory. After predefined time of process, the bottles are moved out of leak test chamber. In next operation, the detected rejection bottle is taken out of conveyor by rejection valve.

For entire process, user can set various parameters as a recipe like conveyor speed, stopper timings, timing for bottle in, bottle out, bottle in sensor, bottle present sensor etc. These recipes can be reused in all future production cycles. User can also monitor total production count, rejection count and BPM (Bottles per minute) values from HMI.
